whether it’s in photos or videos, i love seeing images with multiple frames of contrasting action.  case in point, this pic from a 1955 boxing match (via siphotos).  the brutal sight of an unconscious tony demarco might attract your eyes first, but there is also the joy of a victorious carmen basillo celebrating a 12th round knockout.  the two frames fight against each other emotionally.  however as a whole, they work together in perfectly showing the highs and lows of boxing.
